Projekt ten mia\u0142 na<br>celu poszerzenie wiedzy oraz \u015bwiadomo\u015bci dzieci na temat wp\u0142ywu<br>\u017cywienia i aktywno\u015bci fizycznej na zdrowie, a tak\u017ce przyczyni\u0107 si\u0119 do kszta\u0142towania<br>zdrowych nawyk\u00f3w zar\u00f3wno \u017cywieniowych i sportowych. Do dzia\u0142a\u0144 projektowych<br>nale\u017ca\u0142o m.in.:<br>\uf0b7 wyj\u015bcie do pasieki \u201eUle Uli\u201d<br>\uf0b7 warsztaty o zdrowym od\u017cywianiu, rola wybranych witamin i sk\u0142adnik\u00f3w mineralnych<br>dla organizmu cz\u0142owieka<br>\uf0b7 zasady zachowania przy stole, higiena przygotowywania i spo\u017cywania posi\u0142k\u00f3w<br>\uf0b7 7 dniowe wyzwanie picia wody<br>\uf0b7 &#8222;Zdrowo i weso\u0142o&#8221; &#8211; nauka piosenek i wierszy o zdrowym od\u017cywianiu i aktywno\u015bci<br>fizycznej<br>\uf0b7 spotkanie z dietetykiem<br>\uf0b7 tworzenie piramidy \u017cywieniowej<br>\uf0b7 warsztaty taneczne \u201eBaczno\u015b\u0107!
